Out and about this weekend in LA, actress Evan Rachel Wood looked particularly arresting. For all the right reasons. First of all she attended a charity gala dressed in an interesting and beautiful Preen dress. She styled it in her own image, playing up the 50s elements and letting the quirkiness shine through. I think it was something of a triumph actually, easily beating Camilla Belle to best dressed at the event (see below), even though Camilla was wearing Oscar de la Renta and is unforgivably pretty.
Then ERW stepped our for dinner wearing an exciting, 40s-inspired blue and red ensemble from Roland Mouret. Styled to perfection with shoes, clutch, hair and make-up, young Evan is definitely one to watch if you are interested in the more unexpected side of fashion. Well played lady.
