Lanvin Celebrates Ten Years of Alber Elbaz
At the Lanvin show in Paris at the end of last week, Alber Elbaz, the designer for the label for the past ten years, came out to take his bow and broke into song. Singing Que Sera Sera, he serenaded the ovating audience and brought a decade to a triumphant close. There to celebrate alongside him was one of his faithful, the magnificent Tilda Swinton. Looking as magnificent as ever. Also in the front row were Jessica Alba and Dita von Teese, both of whom were looking beautiful. What would life be without Lanvin and Alber? Not good, is my answer. Not good.
