Princess Charlene and Princess Diaries Host Princess Grace Awards

Just how many princesses does it take to change a light bulb? Or host an awards? Well, just enough is my call. Onse Princess Charlene, Her Serene Highness of Monaco, was the gracious host at the Princess Grace Awards for Emerging Theatre, Dance and Film Artsist in America, held at Cipriani in New York on Tuesday night. And onse Charlene wore floor sweeping lace Dior. Elegant and understated. Good.

Also involved with some hosting duties was the Princess Diaries'star, Anne Hathaway. She wore Valentino Couture, as she has come to do quite a lot recently. I wonder how much of that is her friendship with Valentino, and how much is her stylist Rachel Zoe? Would be interesting to know. She happily added a bright red lip, which is a relief in light of all the pale. Also good.
Charlene was accompanied by her husband, and the reports are that they were relaxed and happy together at the event. Now that is excellent.
