Our very own Victoria Secret Angel, Candice Swanepoel took the honours of opening the 'Ballet' section of the 2011 show, held in New York last night. The ballet section (walked to Taylor Momsen's You Make Me Want to Die!) was the first of six sections of the incredible show that you can see online. I followed from the early hours of this morning on Twitter, and was pleased to see the support for Candice that was all over the t-sphere.
Candice wasn't the only African in the Victoria Secret mix. The lovely Behati Prinsloo also walked again this year and tweeted photos of her and 'her sis' Candice backstage before the show. Bee walked in the 'Club Pink' section of the show and had cute mini wings to walk with.
Well done to both our African Angels. May there be many more to come.
