I don't really understand it. You all know how much I like Kirsten Dunst these days. She really is super-cool and always wears something interesting - usually in a good way. Quirky and slightly off-beat, she brings a fresh flavour to the picture feeds whenever she steps out. And this week has been no different. Doing the rounds promoting her new movie, Melancholia, she wore the most adorable blue and white polka dot dress by Miu Miu. I love that it is a fraction too short. That suits her. And that she pulled out the red lips to go with it. Perfect nuance. And then that divine Chloe ensemble. The dress and then the red coat. Stunning. Especially combined with those Chanel shoes and quilted bag. Perfection in an outfit.
But. Um. Then it all changed. She turned up in that floral couch of a dress the very next day. Seriously? What exactly was she thinking? And the leather dress. Sigh. The concept wasn't bad. Everyone knows I like a goth vibe. And the hair and shoes are totes appropes. But the dress is about as unflattering as a dress can be. I mean, the girl has a low chest and it needs some help. Most of us are like that. But the leather is a disaster in the chest region. And swamps her frame. Yikes. Let's just all look away now and pretend it never happened.
