It is the first day of the school year for many. And there is no doubt your school experiences - whether in or out of uniform - strongly inform your initial ideas on style and fashion. But I will bet that there is no kid at school this morning who looks as unbearably cute as this wee chap, Louis Bullock, son of the wondrous Sandra Bullock. Check out that flat cap.
